GNM Nursing Course, or General Nursing and Midwifery, is a three-year, six-month diploma programme designed for those interested in a career in clinical nursing. After clearing their class 12 test with the Science stream, students who want to pursue a GNM diploma can move further. Six months of required internship time are included in the three-and-a-half-year programme. One of the kinds of courses that might be seen as the first step toward a career in nursing is the GNM diploma programme. GNM diploma holders can begin their careers working for public and private hospitals and clinics.
