they are interested in. The field of Paramedical Sciences work towards improving
the healthcare sector as well as patient treatment. PEWS Group of Institutions is
a renowned institution with excellent academic records and various achievements
in medical sciences since 2003. PEWS College of Paramedical sciences is one of
the units of PEWS Group of Institutions added to this esteemed organization since 2020
affiliated under Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati, Govt of
Assam. The paramedical courses offered are DMLT, BMLT, DOTT and B. Optometry.
As we step into this new academic year, filled with hope and dreams of achieving new
heights, it gives me immense
pleasure to bring out the prospectus of our Institution. It is our constant endeavors to
provide conducive environment
for our students pertaining to academic, sports and overall excellence. All our students are
guided by well qualified,
competent, highly motivated and experienced teaching faculties. The Institutions has good
infrastructure, classrooms
with modern learning techniques, well equipped tools and instruments necessary for all
practices in field of paramedical
sciences. The students are also provided with hand to hand practices in various laboratories
and hospitals as well as
field visit in different sites. The institution also provides hostel facilities for
students.

The field of paramedical science deals with activities and occupations that assist and complement the practice of medicine. In the field of medicine, paramedics are the major participants. In order to provide the doctor with the best possible diagnosis and treatment, a qualified expert assists them while simultaneously working independently in related fields. Under paramedical sciences, there are many courses that may be taken, and the ones we are now offering are laboratory technology, B. Optometry, and OT technology.

For each Program, the list of Selected Candidates will be formally announced on the notice
boards of the institutions and on the Society's main notice board. The list will be posted
in order of merit. Additionally, each of the chosen candidates will receive a letter asking
them to appear in person for counselling and admission on a particular date with the
appropriate price.
Candidates who do not appear on the designated date in person or through a lawfully
authorised representative and who do not pay the full amount of fees within the allotted
time will be regarded to have waived their right to admission. The Waiting List will be
offered the available seats in order of merit when they become available.
