A Bachelor of Optometry (Lateral Entry) is a 3-year program and is for those who have already completed a related diploma or degree and want to advance in optometry. It allows entry at an advanced stage, skipping introductory courses. The program focuses on specialized topics in optometry, training students in assessing, diagnosing, and managing visual disorders and eye diseases. Graduates can work as optometrists in various healthcare settings.

◈ Can start specialty clinics like contact lenses, low vision, and orthotics.
◈ Can work in companies like Bausch and Lomb, Essilor, Zeiss, Titan Eye Plus, reliance, Johnson and Johnson, Lenskart etc.
◈ Can work overseas with a good salary.
◈ Students can pursue higher studies like post-graduation or M.Optometry and PhD programs.
◈ Can work in educational institutions as lecturer, assistant professor, professor.
◈ Can work in government hospitals, private hospitals, and NGOs.
◈ Can work for the administrative sector in specific field of healthcare sectors.
The field of paramedical science deals with activities and occupations that assist and complement the practice of medicine. In the field of medicine, paramedics are the major participants. In order to provide the doctor with the best possible diagnosis and treatment, a qualified expert assists them while simultaneously working independently in related fields. Under paramedical sciences, there are many courses that may be taken, and the ones we are now offering are laboratory technology, B. Optometry, and OT technology.

For each Program, the list of Selected Candidates will be formally announced on the notice boards of the institutions and on the Society's main notice board. The list will be posted in order of merit. Additionally, each of the chosen candidates will receive a letter asking them to appear in person for counselling and admission on a particular date with the appropriate price.
Candidates who do not appear on the designated date in person or through a lawfully authorised representative and who do not pay the full amount of fees within the allotted time will be regarded to have waived their right to admission. The Waiting List will be offered the available seats in order of merit when they become available.
